1. The instant matter is listed in supplementary list. Let the same be listed in advance list on the next date of hearing.

In addition, what is more fundamental, is an aspect, which emerges from the record that the application bearing I.A.35005/2024 is shown to have been disposed of, whereas, learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the said application was heard by the predecessor Bench from time to time and according to his instructions, the application is still pending.
3. Let the Registry to specifically indicate that as to what is the correct position, whether the application bearing I.A.35005/2024 has been disposed of, if so, as to on which date.
4. If the said application has not been disposed of, the Registry is directed to list the same along with all other pending applications.
