8. Vacancies amongst members, or defect in constitution, of Trust Committee not to invalidate proceeding of Trust Committee. -
No act or proceeding of the Trust Committee shall be deemed to be invalid by reason merely of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Trust Committee.
