Section 23(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(1)In accordance with section 193 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, who ever intentionally gives false evidence in any of the proceedings of the Commission or fabricates false evidence for the purpose of being used in any of the proceedings shall be punishable as per law.
