Section 6(4) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(4)Any licensee who fails to apply for renewal of his licence with the requisite fee and certificates within fifteen days of the expiry of the term of the licence, shall, at the time of the renewal be required to pay a fine of Rs. 50.
