(4)The Chancellor shall communicate to the Vishwavidyalaya his views with reference to the result of such inspection or inquiry and may, after ascertaining the opinion of the Vishwavidyalaya therein, advise the Vishwavidyalaya upon the action to be taken and fix a time limit for taking such action.
