Section 60(3) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(3)Immediately after the approval of the development scheme by the Authority, it shall notify in Official Gazette and publish a notice, in at least one local newspaper, of the approval of the development scheme mentioning the place or places and the time at which the scheme shall be open to inspection by the public.
