Section 3 in Customs Tariff Determination of Origin of Goods under the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of India and Republic of Singapore Rules, 2005
3. Originating Goods.
- For purposes of this Agreement, products shall be deemed originating and eligible for preferential treatment if they are consigned according to Rule 15 and conform to the origin requirement under any of the following conditions:(a)Products wholly produced or obtained in the territory of the exporting Party, in accordance with Rule 4; or(b)Products not wholly produced or obtained in the territory of the exporting Party, provided that the said products are eligible under Rule 5.
