Section 11 in The U.P. Admission To Educational Institutions (Reservation For Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes And Other Backward Classes) Act, 2006
11. Protection of action taken in good faith. -
No suit, prosecution or any other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done, in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
