Section 58(1) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Lease of right of selling by shop and conditions of licenses) Rules, 2005
(1)If a lease or licence is cancelled on account of a criminal case during the currency of the lease period the whole stock of the I.M.F.L./F.L seized from the shop shall be confiscated.
