Section 4(ii) in Allotment of Land to Educational Institutions (Schools), Etc. on Lease-hold Basis in Chandigarh Scheme, 1996
(ii)The Educational Institution/Society/Trust has enough funds at the time of applying to pay atleast 25% of the advertised cost of the land and 25% of the estimated cost of the building to be erected thereupon and shall give sufficient proof for the same.
