Facts:-
The appellant Shri B L Goel preferred RTI request dated 29 June 2010 before the CPIO, State Bank of India, Dehradun.
2. Not receiving any response from the CPIO, the appellant preferred appeal dated 11 August 2010 before the First Appellate Authority which was adjudicated upon by First Appellate Authority vide order dated 13 December 2010.
3. Not being satisfied with the reply, the applicant preferred second appeal before the Commission. Matter was heard today via video conferencing from Dehradun where respondent was present. Appellant did not appear at the NIC Studio at Hardwar.

4. The appellant has withdrawn the appeal vide his letter dated 21 December 2011. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
