Section 17(ii) in Orissa Administrative Tribunal (Contempt of Courts) Rules, 1998
(ii)When the Tribunal awards a sentence if fine and the fine amount is not paid at once or within such time as may be granted by the Tribunal, the Registrar shall take action in any one of the ways provided in Section 421 of the Code.
