Section 1 in The Delhi Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2002
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002.(2)They shall apply to the building or other construction work relating to any establishment in relation to which the appropriate Government is the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
