Section 29(1) in The M.P. Pariyojana Ke Karan Visthapit Vyakti (Punhsthapan) Adhiniyam, 1985
(1)No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain, hear or decide any question which is by or under this Act required to be heard or disposed of by the Commissioner, Resettlement Commissioner, Project Resettlement Officer or the State Government.
