Section 75(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Subject to such conditions and limitations as may be directed by the Commission, the cost of all proceedings shall be awarded at the discretion of the Commission and the Commission shall have powers to determine by whom and to what extent such costs are to be paid and give all necessary directions for the aforesaid purposes.
