Section 49A(6)(b) in The Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959

(b)Any vacancy caused by the death, resignation, removal or withdrawal, or otherwise disqualification of a member of the Beneficiary Level Sub-Committee, shall be filled up as provided under sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) and (4).
