(iv)[approve] [Substituted 'declare' by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).] the results of the examinations or to appoint committees or officers to do so and to make recommendations to the Executive Council regarding conferment or grant of degrees, diplomas and other academic distinctions or titles;
