Main case Perusal of the title herein reflects as if the proceedings are pending in the matter of M/s Punwire Communication Private Limited, whereas it pertains to Common Pool Fund Account of Official Liquidator, Chandigarh and necessary action to be taken for audit of the same and appointment of a Chartered Accountant.
Accordingly, let the recital be changed to "In the matter of Common Pool Fund Account of Official Liquidator, Chandigarh".
Registry to take steps accordingly.
Audit report of common pool fund for the period 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019 is allowed to be placed on record.
Permission is granted to the Official Liquidator to pay professional fee of Rs. 59,000/- to M/s Khurana Sharma and Company, Chartered Accountant as per the bill raised by it on 12.11.2019 for the audit of the Common Pool Fund for the financial year 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019.Also, the same Chartered Accountant, being already on the panelof Chartered Accountants of the office of Official Liquidator, is 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 28-10-2021 20:39:03 ::: allowed to continue for the financial year 2019-2020 on the same terms and fees.
Official Liquidator to file a separate latest status report with regard to the status of dissolution processof M/s Punwire Communication Private Limited.Disposed of accordingly.
