Section 2(i) in The Orissa Merged Territories (Village Offices Abolition) Act, 1963
(i)"right of occupancy" shall have the same meaning as has been assigned to it in the Orissa Merged States' (Laws) Act, 1950 (Orissa Act 4 of 1950) in respect of an occupancy tenant;
