Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing order dated 11.12.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jalandhar, whereby the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender in FIR No.119, dated 19.06.2010 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 323/324/326/341/148/149/506 IPC at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar.

In the connected petition bearing No.CRM-M-23147-2018 (Navpreet Singh @ Navi Vs. State of Punjab & others) vide order of even date, on the basis of compromise, aforesaid FIR and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom have been quashed.

In view of quashing of FIR and all subsequent proceedings in CRM-M-23147-2018 vide order of even date, this petition does not survive for consideration.

Disposed of accordingly.
