Section 295(2) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(2)On such repeal the provisions of sections 8 and 18 of the Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891, (Act 1 of 1891) shall apply, provided that on such repeal rules or provisions existing are not inconsistent with this Act.
