Section 11 in Assam Acquisition of Land for Flood Control and Prevention of Erosion Act, 1955

11. Penalties.

- Whoever obstructs any person from lawfully taking over of any land under this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or with both.
