Section 8(f) in Bihar Journalist Pension Scheme Rules, 2015
(f)The meeting of the Screening Committee shall be convened by the Member Secretary after the approval of the Chairman. With the prior permission of the Chairman, the Vice Chairman may also convene and preside the meeting. The meeting of the Screening Committee shall be convened as required.
