355. Matters to be considered when framing Improvement Schemes.
- When framing an Improvement Scheme in respect of any area, regard shall be had to -(a)the nature and the conditions of neighbouring areas and of the City as a whole;(b)the several directions in which the expansion of the City appears likely to take place; and(c)the likelihood of improvement schemes being required for other parts of the City.
