Section 2(b) in The Gujarat Prohibition of Transfer of Immovable Property and Provision for Protection of Tenants from Eviction from Premises in Disturbed Areas Act, 1991
(b)"fair value" in relation to immovable property in disturbed areas means such value of the property as approximate the market value of such property;
