Section 10(6)(b) in Rajasthan Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 2011

(b)Where a meeting of the Slate Coordination Committee is adjourned from day to day, notice of such adjourned meeting shall be given to the members present in the meeting at the time of adjournment and to those who are not present but they are residents of the city town, or place where the meeting which is adjourned if held, either by telephone or by special messenger and it shall not be necessary to give notice of the adjourned meeting to other members.
