5. Application of the Prisons Act, 1894, and the Prisoners Act, 1900.
- Subject to any alterations, adaptations and exceptions, made by this Act and the rules framed under it, the Prisons Act, 1894, (Central Act 9 of 1894) and the Prisoners Act, 1900, (Central Act 3 of 1900) and the rules framed thereunder shall apply in the case of every Borstal school established under this Act as if it were a prison and the inmates prisoners.
