Section 11(1) in Goa Computerised Network Lottery Rules, 2003
(1)The date and time of draw shall be indicated on the ticket. Under exceptional circumstances or for any other unforeseen reason, the Director may postpone the date and time' of draw to any other date and time. The Director shall publish the postponed date and time of draw in newspapers having wide circulation. The draw shall be conducted within such period and time as may be specified by the Government.
