All money received or spent by or on behalf of the Trust shall be immediately and without any reservation brought to account in the general cash book under the direct supervision of such officer as the Trust may from time to time appoint in this behalf.This is the fundamental rule on which all the accounts at the Trust office are based, and no departure from it can in any circumstances be permitted.Receipt of money
