Section 11(1) in Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 1974
(1)Recognised Private Schools may be paid grants from State funds directly or through Panchayat Unions. Such payment of grants shall be subject to Government orders and instructions issued, from time to time:Provided that, schools whose recognition have been withdrawn shall not be entitled to any grant for the period of such withdrawal of recognition.
