Section 87(1) in The Orissa Municipal Employees' Pension Rules, 1989
(1)Sanction of pension shall be followed by issue of pension payment order in duplicate by the Director, one copy to the pensioner and the other copy to the concerned Executive Officer wherefrom the person payment is desired by the retired employee.
