Section 216(2) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(2)Panchayati Raj Institution may obtain loans for rural housing, construction of shops and other purposes and utilise and repay its instalments as per terms and conditions of financial corporation for Panchayati Raj Institutions. Panchayati Raj Institutions concerned may charge one percent as agency charges for services rendered for maintenance of loan accounts.
