461. Appointment of Excise Officer/ Staff and their cost.
- The State Government or the Excise Commissioner shall appoint such officer and establishment as think fit to the charge of the bonded warehouse. The licensee of the bonded warehouse shall pay to the State Government at the end of each calendar month such establishment charges as may be determined from time to time by the Excise Commissioner. The cost of establishment shall include pay as well as leave salaries, pension contribution etc.
