Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach the CGRF under Section 42 (6) of the Electricity Act, 2003.

2. Having regard to the above, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The petitioner shall approach the CGRF within a period of three weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order and on such complaint being made, the CGRF will endeavour to dispose of the said complaint within a period of Patna High Court CWJC No.4602 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 three months from the date of filing of the complaint filed by the petitioner herein.
