Section 5(1) in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Corridor Development Act, 2017
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, establish the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Corridor Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as Authority) with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification.
