Section 13(1)(a) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018

(a)Whenever there is any change in the constitution of an educational agency or amendment to the bye laws or memorandum of association of the educational agency shall submit all relevant documents relating to all such changes or amendments to the competent authority within fifteen days therefrom;
