Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Merged States (Laws) Act, 1949
(1)The Madras Co-operative Societies Act, 1932 (Madras Act VI of 1932), amended by sub-section (2), is hereby extended to, and shall be in force in, the merged States; and sections 4 to 7 shall apply in relation to that Act as if it had been included in the First Schedule.
