Section 23 in The Andhra Pradesh Aquaculture Seed (Quality Control) Act, 2006
23. Forfeiture of property.
- Where a person has been convicted of any offence punishable under this Act or the rules made thereunder, the Aquaculture seed in respect of which the offence has been committed, may be forfeited to the Government.
