Section 6(a) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Assam Rules, 1991
(a)For a member of the Board who is a salaried officer of the state Government, Central Government, a local authority or a public sector undertaking, at the rates admissible to him under the travelling allowances rules governing his employment.
