Section 1 in Goa, Daman and Diu (Authority for the use of Eyes for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1980
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu (Authority for the use of Eyes for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1980.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
