(2)Where the plans referred to in (1) above are not prepared, the minimum plinth level for the main building shall be 50 centimetre (1.6404 feet) above the central line of the adjoining street and in the case of ancillary buildings like out-houses it shall be 30 centimetres (0.98425 feet), except in the case of garages and stables where it may be only 15 c.m. (5.91").
