Section 51 in The Bharathidasan University Act, 1981
51. Constitution of committees.
- All the authorities of University shall have power to constitute or reconstitute committees and to delegate to them such of their powers as they deem fit. Such committees shall have as otherwise provided, consist of members of the authority concerned and of other such persons, if any, as the authority in each case may think fit.
