Section 15(1) in Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh Act, 2017
(1)The Vice- Chancellor shall be the principal executive and academic officer of the University and shall exercise supervision and control over the affairs of the University and give effect to the decisions of all the authorities of the University. He shall exercise all powers necessary for the due maintenance of discipline in the University.
