Section 66 in Jharkhand Panchayat Raj Act, 2001

66. 1. State Election Commissio.

There shall be a State Election Commission constituted by the Governor for superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls for, and the conduct of all elections to the Panchayats. All the powers regarding election shall be vested in the State Election Commission constituted by the State Government.
