Section 15(1) in Gujarat Biotechnology University Act, 2018
(1)The Academic Council shall be the principal academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, have the control and regulation of, and be responsible for, the maintenance of standards of instruction, education, research and evaluation within the University.
