5. Administration to vest in Committee.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any decree or order of any Court or any custom or usage or contract, sanad, instrument, deed or engagement, the possession, administration, control and management of the Mandir and its endowments shall vest in Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir Managing Committee.(2)Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir Managing Committee shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract, and may by the said name sue and be sued.(3)The headquarter of the Committee shall be at Ujjain.
