Section 2(1) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013
(1)These Rules shall apply to:(i)all Government servants, appointed before 1st January, 2004, including those on foreign service, and whose conditions of service are regulated or deemed to be regulated by the Rajasthan Service Rules;(ii)all Government servants on deputation from Central/other State Governments unless anything otherwise is provided in their terms of deputation;
