Section 4(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Tariff Regulations, 2002
(1)Each year, every utility and licensee shall file with the Commission a report for each of its Separate Business on its expected aggregate revenue from charges under its currently approved tariff and its expected cost of service.
