Section 8(1) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018
(1)no addition or alteration to building or other permanent apparatus as shown in the plans of the plant approved by the Excise Commissioner shall be made without the previous sanction of the Excise Commissioner.
