454. Rules and regulations to be available for inspection and purchase.
(1)A copy of all rules and regulations made under this Act shall be kept at the office of the Municipality and shall during office hours be open free of charge to inspection by any inhabitant of the municipal.(2)Copies of such rules and regulations shall also be kept at the office of the Municipality and shall be sold to the public at such price as the Empowered Standing Committee may determine.
